Appointments

Running Late: Please contact our office as soon as possible if you are running late. We will attempt to make accommodations to still get you seen, but you may need to reschedule.

Cancellations: Due to our very full, busy schedule and to accommodate the urgent need that revolves around endodontic treatment, we require all of our appointments to be confirmed. If you fail to confirm your appointment they will be removed from our schedule and offered to another patient in need. Any unconfirmed appointments that are removed from our schedule, will still be considered a “missed” appointment and subject to fees.

Please be sure to confirm your appointments no less than 48 hours’ in advance. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please allow us the courtesy of at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice or rescheduling multiple times, even with adequate notice, will result in the need for you to pay a “reservation” fee to reappoint. The reservation fee may be used toward your treatment when you come in for your reserved appointment time, however, will be forfeited as a missed appointment fee if you fail to give adequate notice.

All appointments that are no showed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may also be assessed a missed appointment fee, which could be billable to your insurance.

Our office understands that there can be unseen circumstances and always does our best to work with our patient’s and be understanding but we must also be understanding of other patients whom may be experiencing pain or have scheduling requirements that also need to be met.

Financial Policy

The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the tooth and complexity of treatment. During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, how long you should plan to be in our office and the fees associated.

As a courtesy, we will bill your dental insurance and strive to help you receive the maximum benefits available. However, the filing of an insurance claim is not a guarantee of payment. The ultimate responsibility for payment is solely up to you, the patient. Your estimated out of pocket amount is due at the start of each visit. Any outstanding balances will be reconciled after payment is received from the dental insurance.

For your convenience, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Cash. Our office does not accept American Express or Checks. We ask if you wish to pay in cash that you pay with exact change. Should you need a payment plan, we also accept Care Credit, which you would need to apply for and be approved prior to the start of your visit. If this is of interest to you, please visit www.carecredit.com to apply.

Payment is always due at check-in.
