Appointments

Running Late:  Please contact our office as soon as possilbe if you are running late. We will attempt to make accomodations to still get you seen, but you may need to reschedule.

Cancellations: Due to our very full, busy schedule and to accommodate the urgent need that revolves around endodontic treatment, we require all of our appointments be confirmed. If you fail to confirm your appointments they will be removed from the schedule and offered to another patient in need. Any unconfirmed appointments that are removed from our schedule, will still be considered a "missed" appointment.  Please be sure to confirm your appointments no less than 48 hours' in advance. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please allow us the courtesy of at least 48 hours' notice.

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice or rescheduling multiple times, with adequate notice, will result in the need for you to pay a reservation fee to reappoint. The reservation fee may be used toward your treatment when you come in for your reserved appointment time, however will be forfeited as a missed appointment fee if you fail to give adequate notice.

All appointments that are no showed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may also be assessed a missed appointment fee, which is billable to your insurance.

Financial Policy

The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the tooth and complexity of treatment. During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, how long you should plan to be in our office and the fees involved. Endodontic fees usually range from $1,000.00 to $1,500.00 plus the cost of consultation and any x-rays or testing that may be indicated.

As a courtesy, we will bill your dental insurance and strive to help you receive your maximum benefit available. However, the filing of an insurance claim is not a guarantee of payment. The ultimate responsibility for payment is solely up to you, the patient. Your estimated out of pocket amount is due at the start of treatment. Any outstanding balances will be reconciled after payment is received from the dental insurance.

For your convenience, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discoverpersonal check and cash. Should you need a payment plan, we also accept Care Credit, which you would need to apply for and be approved prior to the start of treatment. If this is of interest to you, please visit www.carecredit.com to apply.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
